— The Official User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pakegame ("pakegame", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pakegame.net. These Terms form a legally binding contract effective from the moment you register an account or otherwise access any part of the pakegame platform.

pakegame reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. You are responsible for checking these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any published change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open and maintain an account on pakegame, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pakegame operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual, not on behalf of any business or third party.
• You do not hold an existing pakegame account. Only one account per person, household, device, and IP address is permitted.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a pakegame employee.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are registering and playing of your own free will, using funds that belong to you and are not the proceeds of criminal activity.

When registering a pakegame account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number for SMS verification. You must not use fictitious, misleading, or borrowed personal details.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your pakegame login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Immediately notifying pakegame if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Ensuring your registered mobile number and email address remain active and up to date.

pakegame will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to [email protected] immediately.

Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If pakegame detects that a player has opened more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonuses will be voided, and winnings obtained through duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

In accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards, pakegame requires all players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals or when triggered by our compliance monitoring systems.

Acceptable verification documents include:

• National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA
• Valid Pakistani Passport
• Driver's licence issued by a Pakistani provincial authority
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification, dated within 90 days)
• Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used for deposits

pakegame aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. During an ongoing KYC review, withdrawal requests may be placed in a pending queue. pakegame reserves the right to request additional documents if the initial submission does not satisfy our compliance requirements.

pakegame processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are available through the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your pakegame balance instantly.
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to two business hours to reflect during standard banking hours.
• pakegame does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges.
• All deposit funds must originate from an account or wallet registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfers are processed within one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC clearance.
• pakegame reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests that exceed Rs 50,000 in a single transaction.

pakegame will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Any attempt to withdraw funds to an account not registered in the player's verified name will result in the withdrawal being declined and the matter flagged for compliance review.

pakegame offers bonuses and promotional rewards from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on selected slot titles, and cricket betting promotions tied to PSL fixtures. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player bonuses apply to the first qualifying deposit only.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier is stated within each promotional offer.
• During an active bonus, a maximum single-bet limit of Rs 1,000 applies unless the promotion explicitly states a different cap.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the individual promotion.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity window (typically 7 to 30 days depending on the offer).
• Cashback and reload bonuses are subject to the same wagering and eligibility conditions as standard bonuses.

pakegame reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice if circumstances require it. In such cases, any qualifying deposits made in good faith prior to the cancellation will be credited back to the player's real-money balance without the bonus component.

All betting and gaming activity on pakegame is subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules (cricket, kabaddi, live casino, slots) are published within the relevant sections of the platform and form part of this Agreement.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. pakegame does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted and confirmation displayed.
• pakegame reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical or human error in the odds feed.
• In-play cricket bets on PSL fixtures are subject to a delay of a few seconds for fraud prevention. Bets placed after the relevant event (wicket, boundary, over completion) may be voided at pakegame's discretion.
• Maximum payout caps per event or game session apply and are displayed within the relevant product interface.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game or mid-bet, pakegame's server logs constitute the definitive record. Bets interrupted by a connection failure on the player's side remain active and are settled based on the game outcome recorded on pakegame's servers.
• Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full. For jackpots above Rs 500,000, payment may be made in scheduled instalments at pakegame's discretion.

The following actions constitute a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, potential forfeiture of balances, and permanent account closure:

• Providing false, misleading, or third-party personal information during registration or KYC.
• Opening or operating more than one pakegame account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's code to gain financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected exploit are not payable and will be voided.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering through the pakegame platform.
• Accessing pakegame on behalf of a minor or assisting any person under the age of 21 in registering or using an account.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the source code of any pakegame software or game.
• Making chargebacks or initiating payment disputes with your bank or wallet provider without first contacting pakegame support and allowing a reasonable resolution period.

pakegame cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Where prohibited conduct involves suspicion of financial crime, pakegame will file the appropriate reports and freeze all affected account balances pending the outcome of any investigation.

All content on the pakegame platform — including but not limited to the pakegame logo, brand name, website design, software interfaces, graphics, game assets, promotional materials, written content, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of pakegame or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pakegame platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pakegame content without prior written consent.
• Use the pakegame brand, logo, or name in any commercial or promotional context.
• Create derivative works based on pakegame's platform or any game content hosted on it.
• Frame or mirror the pakegame website on any other domain or digital interface.

pakegame collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is published at pakegame.net/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

pakegame uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, fulfil KYC obligations, deliver customer support, send you relevant promotional communications (where you have opted in), and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to the personal data pakegame holds about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to our legal retention obligations. All such requests should be directed to [email protected].

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakegame, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable to you for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Financial losses resulting from your gambling activity, including losses incurred during a technical interruption or service outage beyond pakegame's control.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate password security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank).
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, server upgrades, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or telecommunications failures.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, pakegame's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your pakegame account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In the event of a dispute between you and pakegame regarding any aspect of these Terms, your account, or any transaction, the following process applies:

You agree that any dispute resolution process will be conducted in English. Neither party waives any rights they may have under applicable law by engaging in good-faith dispute resolution under this clause.
